OUR Classes

Pre-School Gymnastics is where it all starts! If you have a little one who loves running, jumping and being active, this is the place for them. Using a series of themes and bitesize activity stations, we teach core skills such as balance, jumping and shapes, while encouraging behaviours such as taking turns and listening. Classes run during school hours and parents are encouraged to stay in the room, taking a less active role as children increase their independence.

General Gymnastics classes offer all budding gymnasts the opportunity to develop core skills in a fun and engaging environment. Boys and girls are grouped according to age and ability and have the opportunity to use all the equipment. Gymnasts work through our staged Award System, safely building skills with our experienced coaches.

We have a small Women's Artistic squad, working towards more advanced skills and training 2-3 times a week. These gymnasts practice bars, beam, floor and vault, and regularly compete against other clubs. The squad is by invitation only, following identification of talent from our general gymnastics programme. Experienced gymnasts who join the club may also trial to be a part of this squad. 

Our high-performance TeamGym Squad are our most experienced gymnasts at Verve, competing in full and micro-teams across the UK. The squad trains 3 times a week, practicing floor, trampette, tumble and vault in a high paced and exciting display of teamwork. This squad is open to both girls and boys, by invitation only. Remember the care-free feeling of flying through the air as a kid? Or perhaps you've always wanted to learn how to perform a cartwheel? Either way, if you'd like to discover your inner-gymnast, then our classes are the safe-space you need. Small, structured sessions allow coaches to focus on developing individual skills in a fun and supportive environment. Perhaps you'll even join our adult squad, competing in an array of adult competitions at home and even internationally!

If you've ever thought you might have a little bit of circus inside you, this might be the perfect class. Climb, twist and stretch into impressive shapes and learn how to 'fall with style'! We run classes for children aged 8+, as a standalone or as an add on to other training sessions. Classes are perfect for increasing flexibility in a fun and exciting way.
